Faye Elizabeth Alexander graduated in Theatre, Film and Television & worked in Production Roles across a wide range of genres, including producing some top TV commercials, Corporate Videos, Documentaries for a variety of channels, TV Drama’s for the BBC and ITV, and a feature film for Pathé.

Faye took a side step from her blossoming career in ’09 when she under took her ‘Professional Graduate Certificate for Teaching in Adult Education.’ Faye graduated in 2011, completing her 'Qualified Teacher and Learning Skills Status' (QTLS) in 2012, becoming a member of the ‘Institute for Learning.’ Faye lectured in many subjects across the Faculty of Arts sharing her knowledge and expertise with students. During this study she worked as an event manager for her former University for International Summer Schools for the Faculty of Arts and other enterprising projects such as 4talent for Channel 4, Film Festivals, Celebrity Panels, International Archive Conferences, Pop-Up Shops and Networking Events. 

Faye has since run her very own business for over a decade after retaining a variety of high end clients and travelling world-wide to all of her conferences, events and incentives facilitating pre, on-site and post management of the events.  With this agency, she works with a range of clients on both UK-based and global events and projects. Her expertise spans conferences, meetings, gala dinners, live music events, networking evenings, concerts, team-building days, corporate incentives, exhibitions, and more. 

Faye’s commitment to delivering exceptional event management has led to successful collaborations with organisations such as the Royal Armouries, Gradcore Ltd, Northern Rail, National Police Chief’s Council etc. 

Faye’s pinnacle year was in 2018 which saw her host her biggest event yet which was a concert for circa 2000 in Central Hall Westminster, London for the commemorative concert recorded by Classic FM to mark 100 years since the First World War including many guests such as Lords, Ladies, Ministers, Military, Government Officials, a 200 person choir and the Philharmonic Orchestra and a very special task of hosting HRH Prince Harry & Meghan. 

In January 2019 Faye took over her main event clients business - KES INTERNATIONAL - which focussed on a variety of services for Academics. This included a large portfolio of International Academic conferences and events, Gala Dinners, Networking, Membership, Publications and Journals. Faye has seen most of the world thanks to this incredible venture. 

Faye continues to manage this business along side her Events Agency - ReEvention Ltd. 

To this day she co-directs them both with her business partner Jonathan Flearmoy. 

In 2020 during the pandemic, Faye was also part of creating KES ONLINE which is a new and innovative virtual platform with the ability to host Conferences, Meetings, Events, Roundtables, Networking events, Webinars and Exhibitions. The platform, since its design and development has hosted various events and seen circa 5,000 virtual presentations. Faye has been pivotal in managing virtual and hybrid events for esteemed clients such as the Police, Northern Rail, Kirkstall and Adobe. 

Throughout her career, Faye has demonstrated remarkable versatility and an unwavering commitment to excellence in the diverse fields she has pursued. Her passion for teaching, event management, and fostering academic collaborations has made a lasting impact on numerous individuals and organisations.
